Accreditation and endorsement

Completion of Be You Professional Learning modules counts towards Teacher Identified Professional Learning Australia wide, with each module highlighting alignment with the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers.

In the ACT Be You provides teachers with 13 hours of free TQI (Teacher Quality Institute) accredited professional learning.

To be recognised for the modules you complete you need to ensure you have added your TQI Number and state or territory to the My Profile page. Please Contact Us if you cannot see your module completion recorded on the TQI portal.

In NSW, NESA (NSW Education Standards Authority) is reviewing its process for endorsing professional development providers and courses. As part of this, NESA is not accrediting any professional development providers, including Be You, as of 30 November 2020.

For more information on changes to NESA PD, please see this Be You FAQ: Can I use Be You Professional Learning to support my professional development requirements as a teacher?’ or visit the NESA website.
