Wellbeing Teams and Action Teams

What is an Action Team?
An Action Team is a group of committed individuals within an early learning service, school or school age care service who champion positive change and lead the implementation of the Be You.
Action Teams help to build momentum and enthusiasm, bringing people together to create meaningful and long-lasting change for everyone in your learning community.
Action Teams can vary in size and structure, what matters most is bringing together a diverse group of people who reflect your learning community and working in a way that fits your unique setting.
Each Action Team appoints an Action Team Leader (ATL) who works in partnership with a Be You Consultant. The Be You Consultant plays a key role in supporting the team throughout their implementation journey.
