Who are leaders?
Be You uses the word ‘leaders’ to refer to individuals in leadership roles across education settings.
These can include, but aren’t limited to:
- Early learning service managers and directors
- Principals and school leadership teams
- Executive team members
- Wellbeing leaders.

As a leader, you’re in a strong position to model commitment and help embed mental health and wellbeing into everyday teaching, practice and culture within your setting.
