Revved Up aims to help children and young people explore their emotions and related behaviours. It equips them with the skills to navigate their thoughts, emotions and behaviours in challenging situations.Program theory
Revved Up employs aspects of narrative therapy to help elicit learning outcomes.Topics
The program explores feelings that can have negative consequences if handled inappropriately; developing an understanding of personal reactions and responses to stressful situations; learning to turn angry energy into positive action by increasing assertion and problem-solving skills as an alternative to aggressive responses, and practising ways of relating positively to others, so we consider our needs and those of others.Cost
