What is Be You?
Since 2018, Be You has partnered with thousands of early learning services and schools across Australia to create inclusive, connected and mentally healthy learning environments where every child, young person, educator and leader can thrive.
Be You offers free, evidence‑based professional learning, practical tools and expert consultant guidance to help learning communities embed mental health and wellbeing into everyday learning, leadership and culture.
It builds on what services and schools already do, strengthening confidence and capability to recognise early signs of concern and to support children and young people through challenging situations.

Who Be You is for
Be You is designed for educators and staff working in early learning services and schools. It provides consistent, age-appropriate support from early learning to secondary school, helping learning communities build mental health literacy, resilience and wellbeing.
