As an educator, you would be familiar with creating personal or individual learning plans for children or young people.
If there are First Nations-identifying children or young people in your learning community, these plans should be written with the child or young person and
their family, in consultation with Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander staff members.
Learning plans that include the cultural needs of First Nations children and young people value their sense of identity within the learning community. They highlight
the individual needs of each child and young person. These plans also make learning communities accountable for their professional obligations to create culturally safe learning environments.
Koori Curriculum has created a Cultural Learning Plan template you may like to use.
