  • How do I log in to my Be You account for the first time?

    To log in to your account for the first time, follow these steps:

    • Activate your account by clicking on the verification link you've received in your email.
    • Access the Be You home page. 
    • Click Log in in the top right.
    • Enter your email address and the password you signed up with.
    • Once logged in, you'll be redirected to your dashboard.
  • What if I can't log in to my Be You account?

    If you can't log in to your Be You account:

    • make sure you've verified your account
    • make sure you're using the correct email address
    • try resetting your password.
  • How can I verify my email?

    You must verify your account after completing your registration.

    • If you haven’t verified your account yet, try searching your inbox for an email called 'Be You - Verify your email'. This email may be in your spam folder.
    • If you've not received this email or couldn’t find it, please click on the resend verification link.
    • To receive a new verification link, make sure you're using the correct email address.
  • What if my email address isn't working?

    If you see a message that says 'the email or password you entered is incorrect' when you try to log in, the problem could be that:

    • you used a different email address when registering your Be You account. Make sure you're using the correct email address.
    • you mistyped your email address when you created your Be You account. Please contact the Be You Team.
  • I’ve forgotten my password. How do I reset it?

    To reset your password, follow these steps:

    • Access the Be You home page.
    • Click Log in in the top right.
    • Click Forgot your password?
    • Enter your email address that you signed up with.
    • Once you click Submit, an email will be sent with further instructions to reset your password.
    • If you remember your password, click I remember my password.
  • How do I update my profile details?

    To update your profile details, follow the steps below.

    • Log in to Be You. 
    • Go to the Be You account menu in the top right and select My Profile.
    • Update your details and save changes by clicking on Update Account.
