  • How do I log in to my Be You account for the first time?

    To log in to your account for the first time, follow these steps:

    • Access the Be You homepage. 
    • Click Log in on the top right.
    • Enter your email address and the password that you signed up with.
    • Once logged in, you'll be redirected to your dashboard.
  • What if I can't log in to my Be You account?

    If you can't log in to your Be You account:

    • make sure you're using the correct email address
    • try resetting your password.

  • What if my email address isn't working?

    If you see a message that says 'the email or password you entered is incorrect' when you try to log in, the problem could be that:

    • you used a different address when registering your Be You account. If you have a different email address, try using that one.
    • you mistyped your email address when you created your Be You account. Please contact the Be You Team.

     

  • How can I verify my email?

    If you can't verify your account, try searching your inbox for an email called 'Be You - Verify your email'. This email may be in your spam folder.

    If you've not received this email, please contact the Be You Team. 

  • I’ve forgotten my password. How do I reset it?

    To reset your password, follow these steps:

    • Access the Be You homepage
    • Click Log in on the top right.
    • Click Forgot your password?
    • Enter your email address that you signed up with.
    • Once you click Submit, an email will be sent with further instructions to reset your password.
    • If you remember your password, click I remember my password.
