Aims
Visible Wellbeing is a whole-school program that combines wellbeing, learning and organisational change. The program helps educators and students to see their own, and others', wellbeing; build wellbeing; and facilitate learning in the classroom.Program theory
Visible Wellbeing is based on positive psychology and the SEARCH framework. SEARCH covers 6 pathways to wellbeing: Strengths, Emotional management, Attention and awareness, Relationships, Coping, Habits and goals. The program is also based on systems theory and organisational change.Topics
The approach provides introductory modules and progresses into the SEARCH framework's pathways to wellbeing: Strengths, Emotional management, Attention and awareness, Relationships, Coping, Habits and goals.Cost
Program structure
Modules are available as live or online interactive half-day workshops. The SEARCH modules can also be undertaken as on-demand learning individually or in groups. The Visible Wellbeing approach provides: Coaching on how to implement the SEARCH framework; surveys and focus group protocols to measure student and staff wellbeing; and wellbeing practices and resources (more than 250 activities) that can be integrated into classrooms and staff rooms. Ongoing support
