Aims
The SSIS SEL Classwide Intervention Program aims to teach and encourage use of social and emotional learning skills, healthy behaviour routines, awareness, relationship-building and decision-making skills.Program theory
The program is based on the Positive Psychology and a Healthy Student Improvement Model. The SEL content of the program is aligned with the CASEL Competency Framework used to guide the Social and Personal Capacity Standards.Topics
Healthy behaviour routines (stress management, social support empowerment, personal improvement goal-setting) and Core SEL Skills (self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision making) and their application to 360 everyday social situations for children aged 6 to18 years.Cost

Instructor training
Most users require 3 hours to achieve a high level of competence with the program.
