Aims
Emotional ABCs teaches a social and emotional learning (SEL) curriculum. The program aims to give children tools to figure out what they are feeling, why they might be experiencing those emotions, and how to make good choices in response to what they are going through, for lifetime emotional resilience.Program theory

Program structure
Teacher-led classroom workshops (online and in-person) are designed to be taught once or twice a week (sessions are from 30 to 45 minutes).
