Be You builds your knowledge. Be You helps you develop the mental health knowledge and skills to promote mentally healthy learning communities and look after your own mental health, so you can continue to drive positive change as an educator.

Be You supports your practice. Be You Professional Learning is free and available online. Set your own pace and choose where you start. Modules contribute up to 13 professional development hours for teacher-qualified educators.
